Handmade by talented artisans in Vietnam using Seagrass.
This natural material gives the trays a lovely texture and is a great for displays. We love using the Mane tray to serve bread snacks or fruit. An ideal gift that has many uses.
Each tray is carefully made by hand, by talented crafts men and women in Vietnam, using traditional tools and techniques. In a lovely soft, natural finish, these trays are made from seagrass exclusively for us by Artisans in Vietnam and then wrapped and woven in white plastic string. When the seagrass is picked from the fields, it starts off green, but as it dries, it turns into a lovely soft natural colour. Being hand made, each tray is unique and may differ slightly from piece to piece with small imperfections a charming reminder of its humble process.
