Meet The Team.
Jess | Designer, Typography expert and all round Creative gem.

This week we want to introduce you to Jess who joined Also Home almost two years ago. She started life at Also Home as our Design Assistant but we could always see the creative genius in her.
A lot of the finishing touches within our brand are created by Jess. The lovely hand written font which we use for all our inspirational printed quotes is all Jess.

Jess studied fine art but has quickly become a talented textile and product designer. She has a great understanding of the Also Home brand and a wonderful eye for colour. She helps on all our photo shoots and exhibition stands and is an essential part of the Also Home team. You might even find her answering the phone, speaking to a customer and assisting with sending out orders.

Jess is often seen with her ipad and pencil in hand, paper and fabrics scattered across her desk and a pot of ink beside her desk ready to create the next inspirational quote for the collection. Being part of a small team means that everyone has to get stuck in and Jess is always quick to roll her sleeves up and help out.

Jess is soon to be married to Chris (not long now) and no doubt we will be sharing with you some of her wedding pics and wedding creativity nearer the time.

Jess is a Surrey girl at heart. Having studied at Winchester School of Art she has returned to the Surrey Hills.
Despite studying Fine Art, she can turn her hand to most things and has been known to design our packaging and catalogue too – one talented lady.

‘Magic is something you make’ is certainly true for Jess.
