DELIVERY INFORMATION
For all orders, we will advise you by e-mail when your goods are dispatched. The e-mail, where possible, will contain a tracking consignment number enabling you to track and trace your goods. We would appreciate it if you are available to receive your goods on the date specified in the e-mail. However, if you are unavailable, our courier company will first attempt delivery again on the same day. If you are still unavailable to receive your goods, they will leave a card to notify you of the attempted delivery. They will hold your goods at their depot for 3 days so you are able to collect your parcel from them. If you do not collect your goods within the 3 days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange another delivery.
NB: We will have to charge you for the 2nd delivery again.
As we are a company that cares about the environment, we would love to think that all our goods can be delivered first time to save on carbon emissions. Please try your best to be available to receive your goods, either by being at home, or if it is convenient, providing your work address for delivery.
Our carriers will require a signature before leaving the goods because we prefer to know your goods have arrived safely with you.

Due to the recent changes with the UK leaving the EU, we can no longer offer a flat rate cost for sending goods to the EU. We are more than happy to deliver within Europe, if you would like to order please email info@alsohome.com to make an enquiry.
You may also be charged Customs and Duty depending on the country you reside in. The courier will contact you directly regarding these charges. Any Customs & Duty charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Rest of The World
