Terms & Conditions – Delivery & Returns

Overview

All of our Greenhouses are one-of-a-kind, crafted from genuine reclaimed materials, including metal and glass sourced from original 1930s French grape greenhouses. Each piece is unique, showcasing authentic patina, wear, and character which we celebrate as part of their charm. Our product imagery aims to represent this detail clearly. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that no two greenhouses are the same and that these natural characteristics are an intentional part of the design.

Delivery

• Delivery is arranged to the address provided at the time of order.

• Delivery costs are quoted individually and confirmed prior to dispatch.

• Due to the nature and size of our products, delivery charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend inspecting your greenhouse carefully on arrival and notifying us within 48 hours of any issues.

Glass Damage in Transit

• Although we take great care in how we deliver our greenhouses, occasional glass breakage can occur during transit.

• In such instances, we will work with you to either:

• Provide replacement glass where possible, or
• Assist with arranging alternative repair solutions.

• Please note, the glass is supplied in its original, reclaimed state and is not cleaned. Customers are welcome to clean the glass to their personal preference upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds

• As each greenhouse is bespoke and made to order from reclaimed materials, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind or variations in appearance.

• In the event a return is agreed due to exceptional circumstances, the following will apply:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the greenhouse.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be received in the same condition as delivered.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and that you understand the nature of the materials and the bespoke character of our greenhouses.
