We hope that you will be happy with everything you buy from ALSO Home, but if you are in anyway dissatisfied, here's what to do:
You can return your goods to us for a full refund up to 28 days from dispatch. Please be advised goods must be received by us within the 28 period to be eligible for a refund.
Returns received outside this 28 day period cannot be refunded.
The returned products must be new, unwashed and unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please note that any postage costs for your order cannot be refunded and the cost of returning the item is at the cost of the customer.
To return an item simply complete the Returns Form on the reverse side of your invoice and use the returns address below. The returns form needs to be enclosed with the goods and the returns address clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
All fragile items must be securely packaged. Damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
