I've spent 25 years designing and sourcing products, building two brands from scratch and getting them into over 250 independent stores. I've supplied some of the UK's best-known high street retailers. I've worked with Far East suppliers, taken products from sketch to shelf, and run the day-to-day business in between. The cashflow, the team, the deadlines, the decisions nobody else was going to make for me.

I've also pivoted more times than I care to remember, and closed two businesses well. I know what it takes to change direction without losing everything you've built, and what it takes to walk away with your head held high.

This isn't coaching from someone who's never sourced a product or run a business. It's support from someone who's done it, more than once.
