Paul | Account Manager.

Paul is the longest standing team member of Also Home, so we felt he should get the next shout out! Paul joined Also Home in 2009 and joined the business with a wealth of knowledge and experience from years working in the industry. He started work many moon’s ago at House of Fraser and worked his way up to Head Office. From there he joined a large Home Furnishings company based in the South East where he cut his trade as a supplier to many of the major retailers in the UK. It is here that he worked alongside Anna and Barry (you will meet him soon).

As an Account Manager at Also Home, Paul’s role is to take care of, manage and nurture the Own Label customers that Also Home works with. Probably unknown to most, is that Also Home supplies some of the largest UK Retailers in the UK with their own Bespoke/Private Label ranges of bedlinen and home accessories. This has been the main focus for the business since 2009. So we are not just what you see on our website, in our showroom or at our Trade Fairs!

As an Account Manager, Paul is a detail and number’s man. He manages costings throughout the business, casts his eye over all matters of quality assurance and makes sure that our Also Home products and especially those of our customers come in to the standard required and on time. This isn’t always possible even for Paul, but his wealth of experience is trusted and valued.

Paul lives locally in Surrey with his family and is a keen golfer. He travels regularly to the Far East for Also Home to ensure that our factories are working well, are up to standard and that everything we produce is ethically sourced.

Paul inspects goods and fabrics and can often be seen with his small eye glass/fabric counter inspecting cloth and making sure that it is up to scratch and the correct thread count that we are specifying on our care labels.

Paul’s knowledge and experience draws on many years working within the industry. From working with Buyers, Merchandisers and our Far East Suppliers, he is greatly respected. He deals with any issues with calmness, integrity and professionalism.
